-Hours available are 10am-10pm. May arrive 2 hours before scheduled time in order to set up and decorate (negotiable based on availability).
-Rental includes approximately 1,500 square feet of space.
-Includes 12 round and 3 rectangle tables as well as a large, wooden buffet table. (Table cloths are available).
-Seating for up to 75 guests.
-On site kitchen is included for your use. There is a stove/oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator and freezer.
-Clean up is included. We ask that you remove decorations and food items, and that you bag your trash prior to leaving.
-A square, white backdrop is available for your use, which measures 6'6" x 6'6". This can be used for drapes, balloons or flowers.
-Handicapped accessible bathroom.
-Reasonably priced and accommodating.

Pricing:
The cost to use our space is $250 for a three hour minimum with $75 for each additional hour.
